Here I will discuss about, how to verify PayPal. either using your credit cards or using VCC (Virtual Credit Card).
To verify credit card or PayPal with VCC, you must have a credit card. If you do not have a credit card, you can use the VCC. The trick is:
1. Log into your PayPal account.

2. Select the My Account menu. Then click the Get status verified.
3. Next select Link My Credit Card or my Card Connect.
4. In the window that appears enter your card type, Number, Expiry Date and Card Security Code you. 3 digit security code is the code that is behind the card. If you are using a VCC, the security code will be provided by the VCC.

5. On the input at the bottom, enter your credit card billing of data. If you are using a VCC simply enter your full address only.

Finally click the Add Card or Card Add and Continue. PayPal will do the billing fee of $ 1.95 on your credit card or VCC. VCC is usually already contain such a fund of $ 1.95. The fund will be returned by PayPal to your PayPal account.
